When my friend invited me to a lesson with Sian I didn't know what to expect but, when I got there and I saw how encouraging Sian was and, not judgemental that I have a full spinal fusion so my movement is limited and Max isn't an easy pony (he will do anything to get out of work!) I was really excited to see what the lesson was going to be like.

I came out of that lesson feeling like I could actually accomplish something with Max, Sian kept me calm at all times and, didn't push me too much out of my comfort zone but, she pushed me enough so that I came out feeling great!

I've had multiple lessons with Sian now and, she has helped me such a lot with confidence, and has helped me achieve things I never thought I could do.

I am now the ambassador for SPCoaching and I am proud to be ambassador for someone who really listens to everyone and, tailors lessons to suit the individual- even in a group lesson!
